Senior Account Manager (Commercial Insurance)Caterham£50,000 - £75,000 DOE + Performance bonus + pension + hybrid working + study support if required + Clear Career Progression to Associate DirectorAre you an experienced and dedicated commercial insurance account handler looking to work for a UK Top 100 Insurance company that will invest in your professional qualifications and personal developmentWould you like to work for a professional, growing business that is part of a larger organisation and can offer career development and formal training towards ACII and the realistic prospect of becoming as Associate DirectorYou will have experience as a Commercial Account Manager and be comfortable dealing with a portfolio of current business from renewals and mid-term adjustments to additional quotes and claims.You will have good judgement, be analytical, pay great attention to detail, be flexible, self-motivated, driven & able to deliver excellent customer service.This role requires an ability to deal with individual, bespoke contracts that require thought and professional account management.Responsibilities:

To develop effective relationships with Clients and Insurers to maximise business opportunities, support ADs in achieving their income targets and other relevant Key Performance Indicators.
To work within your stated Licence limits and in accordance with standard systems and procedures.
To place business with the agreed Insurer Panel, referring unusual and/or complex cases to an experienced colleague.
To undertake general broking activities as required including dealing with;
Client queries and correspondence.
New Business, Renewals, and Adjustments. Ensuring effective reviews of sums insured, limits and covers, with clear communication of terms, conditions, warranties and pricing.
Timely completion of risk requirements following Insurer surveys.
