Location: Caterham (CR3) with regular travel to Smallfield (RH6)I am currently working with an outstanding organisation who provide education and care for children, young people and adults with specific learning disabilities. They are looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, to provide support on-site at their school in Caterham as well as a school in Smallfield. Please only apply for this role if you are able to easily commute between the Caterham and Smallfield areas. This is a stand-alone role with the additional support of an IT team at head office, so the successful candidate will be confident in their abilities, with a fantastic personality. An ability to, or an interest in working within the education sector, specifically for an organisation which provides education and care for those with specific learning disabilities is required.This is a part-time role with a pro-rata salary of £25,000 (£15,000 for 3 days). There is some flexibility regarding the days and hours worked, but in an ideal world you would be able to commit to a full day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.The 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer Role: Youll be the single point of contact for IT queries and questions for both sites, which you will try and to resolve as effectively as possible, escalating the more challenging requests to the Central IT Team.The role will give you a great opportunity to expand on your existing software, hardware and networking skills with a high level of independence and autonomy.Ok, so over to you!
