We are a Caterham, Surrey based Legal firm dealing with Estate Planning, Wills Lasting Powers of attorney, Trusts and probate and are currently recruiting a consultant to join our experienced team.Are you an ex Financial Services or ex Legal, Mortgage Broker or an IFA And therefore have previous financial experience.Do you have the ability to source and find new clients from existing internal client baseIf so, this could be the role for you...You will cover extended work load at the moment, and more when current director retires this year. To handle and process all current new business leads and meet and take new instructions for Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate. The current director who is due to retire soon (should have done so 2 years ago but covid restrictions and industry demands in this sector has delayed this eventual move) who would work with the successful applicant so that he/she can take over as the SalesManager when he retires, although he may continue as a part time consultant to assist and help with the running of the company and for technical issues as has over 35 years experience in the running of this successful company.Must have own car as Instructions are taken at clients home or office, or via Zoom or other sources. Head office is based in Caterham covering Surrey, South London, Kent and Sussex in the main. Currently there are 4 internal staff processing all existing work and issuing documents, but they do not meet with clients or take new instructions so this is a sales role to ensure enough new business and income is generated from existing clients and new ones,to cover all outgoings costs and salaries etc., Training given where required but some Financial Service/Insurance or Wills and Probate experience is essential as a background and understanding of the industry is required. OTE earnings are expected to be in excess of £35,000/£40,000 in first year but can rise to £50,000/£70,000 p.a with bonuss. Training courses available throughout the year at SOWW College in Lincoln that will be available to enhance in house experience andqualifications.
