Creative Teaching AssistantProtocol Education are looking for teaching assistants from creative backgrounds such as acting, drama, musical backgrounds to work in our primary schools in Caterham and South CroydonAs a teaching assistant you will working both one to one and within a class supporting both your peers and students in a positive and engaging environment. Successful candidates will encourage students development, engage through sensory play & interaction,understanding social cues & skills, teaching independent living with students that have a diagnosis of special needs such as autism, speech and language difficulties and severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities.These particular schools are looking for teaching assistants that can apply their creative skills within early years and primary settings and maintain an engaged and fulfilling learning experience.Main Duties:Engaging students through interactive and creative activitiesHelping with sensory integration within the classroomWorking with the teacher to assess pupils levels and abilityEnsuring the schools ethos and policies are being implementedLiaising with parents and carersHere at Protocol Education, we strive to ensure that each candidate has an opportunity to find their ideal job.
