Description Please note that this vacancy is not part of Surrey County Council, we are advertising this on behalf of a partnership organisation. About the role Full Address: St Francis Catholic Primary School, Whyteleafe Road, Caterham CR3 5EDExact working hours: To set up the Club ready to operate from 7.30-9am and from 3.15- 6.15pm, Monday-Friday during term-time. Exact hours will be discussed at interview, as both Manager and Supervisor will not need to be present at every session. Job details In September 2020, St Francis will be offering a Before-and-After-School Club for children from Reception to Year 6. We are now looking for a dynamic Club Manager to work with the school to manage this service and run it on a day-to-day basis. The Manager will be supported by a Supervisor and team of Play Workers providing a safe and caring environment in line with relevant statutory guidance, where children can enjoy a range of play and learning activities.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised candidate to shape the wrap-around care at St Francis. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual who is passionate about working with children. Previous management experience is preferred and a collaborative approach is essential. Candidates must have experience in working with children, demonstrate patience and empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
