Job Description

This roleoffers growth and development opportunities through their cross-business training program.Theyre seeking a self-driven, ambitious individual with sales experience in tangible products, preferably from a manufacturing background. The ideal candidate excels in generating and converting leads, emphasizing quality over quantity. Using a logical, disciplinedapproach, they will leverage B2B sales experience to provide excellent customer care and drive new business.Joining them means gaining insight into their market-leading packaging business and becoming an integral part of their team. The role presents opportunities for local and international travel, including customer visits, attending exhibitions, and supportingtheir Sales function Abroad.Responsibilities:·Conducting sales via various platforms - face-to-face, telephone, email, and virtual platforms.·Regularly meeting with customers to understand their needs and desires.·Generating new business to support continuous growth.·Maximizing new business development opportunities.·Participating in complex negotiations with management support.·Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.·Maintaining sales records and designing reports for effective data utilization.·Reporting on progress of goals and objectives.·Meeting and exceeding sales targets.·Overseeing the handling of customer requests, from quote follow-ups to monthly sales reports.·Building long-term relationships with customers and potential customers.·Attending external sales meetings with customers.·Maintaining open communication between Sales and Customer Support.Requirements:·2+ years of B2B experience with a track record of over-achieving KPIs.
