This is a fantasticopportunity to work for a company which prioritises employee development and offers great progression pathways and study opportunities.Reporting into an impressive Accounts Receivable Manager, the main duties as a Credit Controller / Credit Risk Associate include:* Chase payment for aged debts from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methods* Allocate and reconcile cash to multi-currency debtor accounts* Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system & communicated to regional contact* Effectively manage workflow strategies to review & monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection* Working as part of a team to achieve group targets & objectives* Support the management of strategic risk within the department* Manage credit held orders and order release* Understand credit limit restrictions and requirements for order release* Communicate held order information to internal stakeholders* Assist in the management of credit limits including the review of credit reference agency reports, financial data and credit Insurance requests/decisions* Complete new account set-up and assist with master data maintenanceKey Requirements for a Credit Controller / Credit Risk Associate:* Excellent communicator who can liaise at all levels* Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships* Ability to meet deadlines & deliver work in a fast paced finance environment* Open minded to flexible ways of working & able to adapt to new processes & procedures* Good excel skills required including distribution of various reports* SAP experience preferredTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident and hardworking individual with the ability to communicate at all levels and work comfortably under pressure.Benefits:* Hybrid Working* Holiday Entitlement 23 Days + Bank Holidays (Rising yearly)* Bonus Scheme* Company Sick Pay* Fantastic Progression OpportunitiesMedlock Partners are a professional services recruitment specialist operating across the Northwest of England.
