Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Design Engineer to join a leading automation company that specialises in warehouse automation.The role would sit within the small but expanding solutions design team and will offer a high level of exposure to large scale automation projects with household name companies. The company and the automation sector are both growing in the UK, so this isa great opportunity to grow with a company and move forward with us bringing new innovations to market.What’s needed for me to be considered for the Solutions Design Engineer role

Interested in warehouse design, automation, and robotics.
Competent using CAD software, preferably AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D).
Able to look at complicated systems and understand how they function as well as their strengths and limitations.
Strong numerical skills, able to rationalise large data sets into useable design figures -Using Excel and/or Power BI.
Strong organisational skills to manage priorities across multiple projects.
Ability to create and explain innovative solutions.
Relevant experience within warehousing or automation
