Job Description

Delivery Van DriverCarlton, Nottingham - NG4 3JFPay rate: £13.37ph8 hour shifts, Mon to Sat, 08:00 HRS start timeDelivery Van Driver Responsibilities:

  • Driving a 3.5t van to a designated area, then delivering mail to local residential homes and business.
  • Following 100% the route given.
  • Possible parcel deliveries in the afternoons.
Delivery Van Driver Eligibility:
  • A maximum of 6 points on your licence.
  • A full and valid UK Cat B Driving licence (manual licence).
  • Experience of driving a 3.5t van.
  • Previous multi-drop experience would be an advatage although an induction is provided.
  • Must have held driving licence for minimum of 12 months and be in current home address.
  • We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
  • Were looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly.
  • You must be physically fit to be able to manually load a van.
  • You must be able to provide various documents for identity checks.
Delivery Van Driver Shift:
  • 8am start time
  • 8 hour shifts
Delivery Van Driver Benefits:
  • Weekly pay
  • Van provided
  • Overtime available in the afternoons for parcel deliveries
  • Minimum 8 weeks cntract
  • Holiday pay
