Customer Service Representative The Role of Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Services Representative you will be based from our clients offices.
You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires.
For example you could be dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.
You will be tasked with dealing with customer enquires and supporting them in a professional manor.
You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team who support each other
