Job Title: Trainee Lettings NegotiatorSalary: £19,000 plus commission Duration: Permanent Hours: Full TimeLocation: CannockOur client, a successful and well-established Estate Agents based in Cannock currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their small and friendly team. All levels of experience and other industries willbe considered, however good relationship management skills and own transport are essential. Full training will be given.Key Duties:

  • Booking and conducting valuations and viewings
  • Cross selling additional products to both Landlords & Tenants
  • Conducting viewings (both virtually & physically)
  • Completing applicant registrations
  • General administration for the team
  • Generating new business
Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Own transport is essential
  • Great people skills and an eye for detail
  • Target driven
  • Must be a team player and a people person
  • Self-motivated, organised & self-disciplined
  • Well presented
  • Able to work within a team environment
