As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of ourfield service engineers, ensuring timely completion of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.So, as the Service Delivery Coordinator what will you be doing * Efficiently manage service tasks from booking to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.* Plan and coordinate the schedules of field service engineers, optimizing resource allocation.* Foster strong relationships with customers and engineers, facilitating effective communication.* Ensure accurate documentation, access passes, and qualification verification for engineers.* Utilize MS Office packages and demonstrate excellent time-management and organizational skills.* Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a commercial focus.* Effectively manage communications with clients and field service engineers.* Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs/SLAs as directed.So, as the Service Delivery Coordinator what do we need you to have* Good GCSE results with numeracy and English proficiency.* Competence in MS Office systems and experience with in-house IT systems.* Previous experience supporting planning for field-based teams is desirable.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional approach.* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.* Collaborative mindset, able to communicate effectively across all levels.* Respectful, professional, and trustworthy, maintaining personal integrity and confidentiality.* Minimum of 3 years experience in SMEs with revenues of £15-£30m.* Experience working collaboratively with a line manager and team in an office-based environment.* Additional requirements include energy, drive, flexibility, and effective prioritization.* Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and organize workload effectively.Join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey of growth and success as a Service Delivery Coordinator!
