Job Description

Full time Sales & Lettings Administrator based in Cannock Basic salary - £22,000 This Independent Estate Agent in Cannock is a family run business with a rich history providing exceptional service in the Property industry.As a sales and Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and lettings teams. This is a dynamic person that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customerservice.Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Administrative support: Assist in the preparation of sales and lettings documents and maintain accurate and up to date client records
  • Communication: Liase with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and handle incoming enquiries via phone, e mail an in person
  • Marketing Assistance: Support Marketing initiatives, including the creation of property listings and promotional materials and attend property viewings
  • Database management: Update and manage the property database, ensuring information is correct and accurate
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure efficient and effective operations and collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer service
Qualifications and experience required for the role include:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the property sector
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using office software and databases
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
