Job Description

Job Title: Relationship ManagerLocation: CannockSalary: £35k basic (excellent OTE potential)Sector: InsuranceA multi-million pound turnover enterprise based in the midlands, our client supplies a wide variety of companies within insurance with market leading solutions.They’re looking for an ambitious graduate, ideally from a STEM discipline and top tier university, to take ownership of client relationships. There is a carefully structured progression plan to ensure that you grow alongside the organisation, leading to furtherfantastic learning and earning potential on top of the excellent experience and package initially offered by the company. Successful candidates will be resilient and driven with excellent relationship building skills - youll need to be able to quickly graspcomplex solutions, juggle priorities between a large number of clients and identify areas of up-sell within your client base.Relationship Manager Package:

Relationship Manager Role:
  • Manage a considerable book of clients, developing relationships with them and identifying areas of up-sell within your customer base
  • Confidently articulate and convey additional products and services that the company is able to provide to their clients
  • Take ownership of particular regions, managing relationships with many stakeholders - ensuring that you are a regular touch-point with them as a point of contact - so that they recognise the importance of the customer experience
  • Your role will involve a combination of visits to clients on site, as well as virtual - you need to be solutions led, with a professional manner
Relationship Manager Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level achieving a 2:1 or higher (ideally from a Russell Group university)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
