Job Description

Internal Sales ExecutiveBusiness Unit: TechnologyLocation: Cannock WS11 9XGContract Type: Permanent - Full TimeHours: 37.5Salary: £20,600The Internal Sales Executive will engage with existing and target customers and maintain and grow or maximise their spending with Restore Technology.Through targeted outbound campaigns using the telephone, they will contact customers and sell the Restore Technology proposition and will where possible position other Restore divisions. This is a Desk Based role where you will make outbound calls into adefined data set.We are looking for someone who can proactively contribute to our business development and sales by successfully building strong working relationships with our valued customers.On offer is an uncapped commission structure.Our Internal Sales Executives are pivotal to our continued growth and success and the more new and existing business relationships you build and lead you convert, the more money you earn!RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching and adding relevant accounts to the database and then gaining the initial point of contact
  • Call targeted customers in order to secure existing business and endeavour to increase prices wherever commercially viable to do so
  • Quote and negotiate prices, prepare agreements, ensure customers accurately complete and return agreements and record orders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key operational staff
  • Achieve required daily and monthly KPIs as required by the business
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date records of sales, retentions & quotes via CRM to ensure accurate reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
ABOUT YOU
  • Youll have experience in developing relationships and promoting services using a consultative approach

  • Experience in the industry is not essential, as we have plenty of great training to build your product knowledge if you are willing to learn
