Job Description

We are pleased to again be working on an exclusive role as an agency to partner with one of our most prestigious national clients. This role is due to growth and demand.(Technical) Business Systems Analyst - Full-time permanent role circa 35K PA -reporting to Senior Business Systems Analyst.This is a technical business systems analyst role with a strong emphasis on proven evidence of success in Finance & HR Systems migration into SAP Finance and HR modules. This position will support the IT team in analysis and testing.Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide additional business analysis capabilities to the team - particularly in the area of Finance, HR/Payroll and Time and Attendance systems
  • Full support to the Senior Business Analyst
  • Significant responsibility for the business analysis, data mapping/migration, testing and support in migration with Finance and HR systems to SAP Business ByDesign and associated HR modules
  • This will also include working with the Finance & HR teams to support the generation of use cases and test cases that will be executed as part of UAT
  • The role will also require the job holder to manage issues and to liaise with third party suppliers who will be delivering the new systems
    • Skills/Knowledge and Experience:
  • 3-5 year solid experience desirable in a similar role.
  • Experience in the distribution/ logistics/Parcel industry an advantage.
  • Experience in the above areas of Finance and HR is essential - knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance systems a distinct advantage.
  • Sage200/SnowdropKCS knowledge would be an advantage.
  • A, BA qualification is required, and testing experience a distinct advantage.
  • Evidence of success in the above areas in a Finance and HR setting
  • Takes responsibility but escalates to line management in a timely manner when appropriate

  • Strong communication skills - with departmental colleagues, business stakeholders,

Location is important to consider, as you will need YOUR OWN TRANSPORT to travel to work in the WS, Staffordshire location. Hours 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, statutory pension and excellent working conditions. Required skills
