Role: 2nd Line IT Support Technician Location: Cannock, West Midlands Salary: £25,000 - £28,000I am currently working with a leading distribution company based in Cannock, to find a talented and driven 2nd Line IT Support Technician. This is a hands-on role and will give you the opportunity to dive into all levels of the business, including liaising with the sales team, supporting their automated warehouse as well as the companys infrastructure.Skills-** Previous experience within a similar role ** Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019 ** Office365 / Exchange Server ** Server installs and updates ** Active Directory and Group Policies ** Networking - DNS, DCHP, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, FirewallsWe are looking to fill this role immediately, with the right person starting ASAP.
