A leading Global Bank currently require a Senior Agile Coach, for an initial 6 month contract based in London, paying up to £510 per day via PAYE. The programme objective is to upskill people to transition to Agile/DevOps. You will assist in the creation of a curriculum and orchestrate delivery of the program to the people going through the transformation.Key Activities:• Tailor the Accelerator Program based on the maturity assessment • Ownership of creating and updating key curriculum for all roles going through transformation• Ownership of delivering learning pathways and structured learning and use gamification for learning.• Support the provision of relevant and accessible learning on topics.• Drive interactive content creation by working with experts in the bank.• Facilitate and support regular feedback mechanisms with Acceleration Hub owners within the bank• Creation of materials to support relevant forums and engagement.• Continuously improve content through demo and retrospective with learning providers• Research industry wide external training content relevant to Agile and the frameworks • Coordination of SMEs within the bank to provide content for training solutions and refine content to reflect industry guidance.Experience Required• 7 or more years as an Agile coach• Facilitated capability building and delivered training on Agile frameworks• Project Management skills (project planning and tracking; issues identification and management; project status reporting)• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Group standard tools (Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA) • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal as well as external)• Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, deal with competing priorities • Excellent decision making & problem solving skills.
