Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work as interface to internal function area, coordinate and sources internal resources to support sales and achieve all set targets;
  • Manage project pipeline of Enterprise business team;
  • Initiate, follow up contract and official document approval process and filing;
  • Plan and organize marketing event;
  • Conduct budget control and analysis, and data maintain and analyse in terms of account, revenue and cost, project log, business file, sales performance and arrears;
  • Deal with order processing (process purchase order) , invoices processing for POP;
  • Prioritise and take action on incoming purchase requests;
  • Liaise with local branch and third parties to review and clarify requirements;
  • Work with HQ Service Delivery Department and local branches to update on-net pricing in the area of Mainland China, HK and Asia via internal provisioning system;
  • Quote for the offnet resource in mainland China and Consolidate the pricing from different parties;
  • Work closely with internal account manager and technical manager to develop a deep understanding of the challenges that client faces, also provide and review pricing for account manager on a regular basis;
  • Work with HQ and local branches to deliver service on time and coordinate the project from customer and local teams to keep everything running smoothly;
  • Resolve any difficulties like scheduling, resource allocation during the delivery;
  • Liaise with the company financial department for related payment paperwork;
  • Assist in yearly supplier performance review.

Skills and experiences
  • Bachelor degree in telecom, management, accounting/marketing related disciplines;
  • Proven experience in a sales support/admin management/project management related position in telecom or IT industry is preferred;
  • A high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm, quick leaner, hard worker, good commercial awareness  Ability to work within a team as well as individually;
  • Excellent writing, negotiation and communications skills, proactive, quick to learn and well organised;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially advanced in Excel;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin;
  • Eligible to work in the UK
