Job Description

Administrator required for a legal client in the Limehouse area. This is a role which requires an individual with strong administrative skills and experience of working with members of the public. This is an immediate start, temp to perm role so the idealcandidate will be available to start on Thursday the 12th of January. The initial booking will be weekly paid temporary work, but after a few weeks it will convert into a permanent role. It is a dual role of reception/admin reporting into the office manager.Duties:

  • Manning the reception
  • Using case management system to update files and upload data
  • Maintaining diaries for the office
  • Organising rotas
  • Providing general admin support to the team
Person spec:
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Admin experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Additional language capabilities (desirable)
