Long term this role will be based in the Central London offices.Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on levels of experience)Fantastic opportunity for a PPC Account Manager currently working for a digital agency, looking to make a move to a client-side role. Our client is a global FinTech business in a time of rapid growth. They are currently upscaling their performance marketing department and have a need for an experienced, hands on PPC Manager to join their growing digital team. This global business is building a talented in-house digital team to drive their ambitions for the business. This is a business where you will truly not only have the backing and opportunity to achieve success, but also the budgets to meet their business targets and objectives.The key focus of the PPC Manager will be to plan, manage and execute the global PPC strategy. The goal will be to improve the acquisition numbers and ROI. We are looking for someone with highly technical skills, knowledge of paid search trends and you will need a passion for optimising and testing. In addition, you will need to be experienced at working with large budgets and ideally on global PPC Campaigns.Day to do you will be doing:* Hands on managing and executing the global PPC Strategy* Implement optimisation strategies to drive paid search* Weekly and monthly reporting on search campaigns* Work with the wider performance team to integrate across other digital channels* Analysis of search campaigns to driver greater performance* Testing of campaigns* Manage more junior members of the team (the job has potential for 1 to 2 direct reports)Essential Experience* A minimum of 2 to 3 digital experience, specialising in PPC* Experience of working on global campaigns* An understanding of working with wider search engines outside of Google, such as Bing, Yandex, Naver and CocCoc* Experience of bid management platforms Such as SA360* Google AnalyticsGood to haveFinancial services experience is advantageous (but not essential)Knowledge and experience in other channels such as display, social or SEO will be beneficialPackageThe opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with a rapidly evolving business.
