Initially working remotely due to Covid-19. Long term this role will be based in the Central London offices.Salary- £50,000 to £55,000K per annumFantastic opportunity for a PPC Senior Account Manager or Account Director currently working for a digital agency, looking to make a move to a client-side role, to become their PPC Lead. Our client is a global FinTech business in a time of rapid growth. They are currently upscaling their performance marketing department and have a need for an experienced, PPC Lead to join their growing digital team. This global business is building a talented in-house digital team to drive their ambitions for the business. This is a business where you will truly not only have the backing and opportunity to achieve success, but also the budgets to meet their business targets and objectives.The key focus of the Account Director / PPC Lead will be to take responsibility for the global paid search performance for the business. The Account Director / PPC lead will need to be innovative and an ideas person who can plan, manage and execute the global PPC strategy. The ultimate goal will be to improve the acquisition numbers and ROI. Your PPC technical ability will be second to none and you will need a passion for optimising and testing to make gains in what is their key marketing channel. In addition, we has worked with large budgets and on significant global PPC Campaigns either agency side or in house.Day to day duties* Plan, manage and execute the global PPC Strategy* Take a lead role in the global paid search performance channel for the business* Implement optimization strategies to drive paid search* weekly and monthly reporting on search campaigns* Work with the wider performance team to integrate across other digital channels* Analysis of search campaigns to driver greater performance* Testing of campaigns* Managing a team of up to 3 people, including onboarding new members to the teamEssential Experience* Approximately 4 to 5 years of hands on technical PPC Experience* Ideally you will be working as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director for a digital agency specialising in PPC* Experienced at managing people* Experience of working on global campaigns* Experience of working in a digital Agency at either Senior Account Manager or Account Director level* An understanding of working with wider search engines outside of Google, such as Bing, Yandex, Naver and CocCoc* Experience of bid management platforms ideally SA360.* Highly analytical, numerical and data driven* You will need to have worked on large budget global accounts.* Financial services experience would be advantageous, but is not essential* An ambitious self -starter, who is self-motivated, confident and able to work independentlyPackageThe opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with a rapidly evolving business.
