Job Description

* Fabulous Company* Great OTE* Career opportunitiesOur clients are looking for a Negotiator for the Bow or Surrey Quays officeAs a leading company in the Canary Wharf and Bow areas, out clients have an excellent reputation for staff longevity and a very low staff turn over. All staff are fully ARLA or NAEA qualified and are focal points in their communities known and reputed by theirexcellent service levels and enviable reviews. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum experience and hold a full driving license. Duties and responsibilities of Lettings Negotiator include:* Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable* Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information* Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants * Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information * Promoting properties to tenants using various marketing techniques* Keeping their Line Manager updated on all progress and problems * Removing properties from the market when they are let agreed* Ensuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standardsHours9am 7pm Monday -Thurs 9am -6pm Friday 10am -4pm Saturday3 days a month off in lieuPackageCompany car Audi A3 fully maintained by us Business mileage 0.45 p per mile20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays20K basic + comm OTE 45,000 ( Pooled Comm )Contact Details: If you are interested in this role as a Lettings Negotiator please contact Sally at Rayner Personnel on and please send us a copy of your CV to Please Note: Rayner Personnel - Property Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
