Job Description

Enterprise Risk Management - Project Manager 6 month contract - £610 Inside IR35 A tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking to add an enterprise risk management project manger to their team.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed Tier 1 Investment Banks Markets Transformation and Change function. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise risk management initiativesand spearheading projects within our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformative project that will shape the future of our markets division.Responsibilities of an Enterprise Risk Management Project Manager;

  • Lead and manage projects within the Markets Transformation and Change function, focusing on change management and enterprise risk.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Apply your expertise in operational risk, credit risk, and enterprise managed risk framework to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize your strong stakeholder management skills to foster positive relationships and ensure alignment across various business units.
  • Employ an agile approach to project management, adapting to changing priorities and effectively managing resources.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from project initiation to successful implementation.
Requirements of an Enterprise Risk Management Project Manager;
  • Proven experience working within change management functions and enterprise risk, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • A background in a Tier 1 investment bank or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and implementing enterprise risk frameworks, operational risk, and credit risk methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
