Engagement Manager - Software Development £55,000 - £65,000 + Uncapped CommissionOur client is an industry-leading software development company with offices globally. In line with their aggressive growth plans, the need has arisen to hire an Engagement Manager to generate business and growing existing accounts.This is a highly consultative sales position working into the IT/Tech software space.Our client works with mature start-ups from the top accelerators in the industry to up and coming tech firms looking to penetrate the market. They are proudly listed on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 list for the third year running.The Role:As Engagement Manager you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s hottest start-ups. You will help them define how their processes are run so they can help support their engineering teams. Part sales, part product specialist and account manager, the Engagement Manager will work with our client’s expert teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software for their clients.• You will be also working with mid + size companies, helping them to define theirprocesses strategy in the competitive world of tech.• You will help source the best clients and support our client’s business growth in the UK and EU markets.• You will identify new business opportunities and closing new deals.• You’ll be the assigned clients’ first point of contact, ensuring that their customers remainsatisfied with their services.• You will build positive relationships with clients during projects and help them run a successful discovery phase to qualify the client’s requirements further.• You will be a bridge between the clients and our client’s development team keeping the client abreast of the project status and presenting output on the one hand whilst also working to get answers to any questions the team might have, clarify priorities, or otherwise solve problems.• You will help manage invoices and bills assigned to customers• Work with the marketing team to generate new businessKey Profile of Candidate:
