Job Description

EA to Real Estate TeamGlobal Asset Management £45,000 - £50,000 + excellent benefits+ guaranteed bonus DocklandsMy client, a globally established Financial Services company based in stunning offices in Canary Wharf, are looking for a collaborative EA with experience supporting Senior Management within Financial Services or Property Investment.You will be used to a high volume, fast-paced role including heavy diary management, extensive travel arrangements and processing expenses.The Role:

  • Management and co-ordination of a number of diaries
  • Organise frequent and often last minute travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Obtain visas when required for the teams overseas travel
  • Prepare agendas and travel itineraries in Word
  • Keep record of contacts, clients and prospects up to date
  • Process receipts and general expenses for the team on Concur system
  • Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations, gathering specific information about the clients/prospects and IT set up for video conferencing, if required
  • Filter and manage incoming telephone calls and emails and respond on behalf where required
  • Support for Senior Managers visiting the office from overseas
  • Sort assigned post and deal with routine enquiries and confidential correspondence, drafting replies where possible
  • Deal with confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
  • Provide support to other EAs and admin staff in quiet times, absence and holidays etc.
Person/Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years EA experience supporting Senior Managers/Directors within Financial Services or Property Investment
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Decisive, confident, resourceful and quick to see the priorities
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Resilient, with strong team focus
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
