Job Description

CRM Executive£25000 - £30000Bristol (Fully Remote)PermanentMy client, a Nationwide Publishing Company, are looking for not 1 but 2 CRM Execs to join their growing CRM function.A true customer champion, the successful candidate will be able to act upon insights, feed into strategies and execute campaigns that deliver against their objectives and develop true loyalty from our customers.Key responsibilities:

  • Using their email platform, you will be responsible for building email segmentation and scheduling the sends of our expertly curated news emails. You will play a pivotal role in building and sending emails using their intuitive drag and drop software
  • You will work hand-in-hand with the customer insights team to collate and deliver exceptional insights briefs to help answer key questions and inform overall direction
  • Help to deliver against set CRM priorities by working cross-functionally with editorial, product, data, analytics, marketing and legal teams to ensure confident execution of campaigns
  • Help to map out and execute suitable triggers for automated campaigns to support different customer life stages
  • Collate reporting and key data points from stakeholders across the business to support decision making and strategic objective setting
  • Support and educate colleagues across the business on general CRM principles, developing and sharing insights and embedding best practices
