Job Description

ESG - Associate Director of Climate Risk and Global Decarbonisation - LondonDeep understanding of Climate Risk as well as climate challenge and drivers for decarbonisationSignificant experience working within a professional services firm covering topics associated with Climate Change and DecarbonisationExperience working at a global level within a global professional services organization is advantageousDeep knowledge and awareness of current market trends, activities, and key playersProven delivery and contribution of thought leadership with an external voice in the marketplaceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of different stakeholdersPassionate about the climate change agendaAbility to communicate effectively and with gravitas with senior stakeholders both internal and externalSignificant and recent experience in a consulting firm or industry of preparing and delivering Climate Change and Decarbonisation services and technology solutionsComfortable with ambiguity, fluid consulting situations and a highly pressured environmentProfessional presentation skills with impact, competent in presenting ideas clearly and convincingly to influence senior stakeholders and possessing personal presence, with the ability to earn trust and respectCollaborative outlook and team player.Listed salary is basic salaryCulture and LifestylePart-time workingJob sharing, in which two employees share the duties and responsibilities of one full-time jobGlide time, which means working core hours (10:00am to 4:00pm) but starting work between 8:00am and 10:00am and finishing between 4:00pm and 6:00pmThe opportunity to purchase up to 35 days holiday per yearUnpaid leave, in which you can choose to take up to three months off work without payOpportunities to take an unpaid career break from work of between three months and three yearsWorking from home for one or more days per weekAnnualised days - a form of part-time working, based on a set number of days during the year.6 days of work time each year for volunteeringDaily lunch allowance available where the office location has catering facilitiesFinancial - Some benefits depend on grade, but typically they include:Pension optionsBonus scheme that reflects firm and individual performanceRail and Oyster Card reimbursementStaff discountsAccess to preferential bankingAudit Advance
