  • Strategic Opportunity Management:
- Work qualified opportunities through set deal cycles.- Skilfully qualify product fit in discovery calls and deliver value-based demonstrations.
  • Business Case Development and Negotiation:
- Develop business cases for prospects and compelling events.- Negotiate deal closures with potential clients.
  • Decision Maker Navigation:
- Comfortably navigate through multiple decision-makers, including partnership groups, to secure all necessary approvals.
  • Market Understanding:
- Understand the market, identify target markets, market sizes, and customer types.
  • Customer Interaction:
- Attend events and regularly engage with customers.- Make and receive regular telephone calls to qualify leads, arrange meetings, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management:
- Set up companies, contacts, opportunities, and projects on CRM.
  • Sales Process Management:
- Chase issued proposals and manage the sales process using the company CRM system.- Monitor tasks and follow up on client meetings.
  • Client Relationship Management:
- Help manage relationships with existing clients and growth accounts.What are we looking forTo excel in our Account Manager position, you should possess the following experience:- Demonstrate recent and relevant experience in sales or account management.- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong telephone manner with the capability to handle client inquiries effectively.- Ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients.- Foster positive interactions with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Proficient in using Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Comfortable managing and monitoring sales processes through a CRM system.- Confidence and willingness to develop technical knowledge.- Demonstrate the ability to identify issues, find solutions, and resolve customer concerns promptly.- Prioritize and address client needs promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Provide tailored solutions that align with client requirements and expectations.If you possess these qualities and experience, we encourage you to apply for our Account Manager role.
