Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our small team at a boutique holiday park based in Cornwall. As part of a team; The Housekeeper is essential in delivering the highest standards across the business.You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all Holiday Homes and facilities are cleaned to the highest possible standard and maintained.
  • Ensuring that checks are carried out consistently to maintain our high standard and report any repairs required to the Holiday Homes to the Maintenance Team.
  • Preparing rotas to maximise team efficiency and to ensure all are cost effective
  • Working with the Management team to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • To liaise with the team daily to keep up to date with booking information.
  • Order online all cleaning materials, linen, pillows and duvets and monitor to ensure stock is replaced as required.
  • Checking all Health & Safety checks.
    • The successful Person will have had previous experience of:
  • Supervising or managing a housekeeping team, preferably within a holiday park or hotel.
  • Supporting front of house teams with general reception / administration duties with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Taking accountability and responsibility for personal and team development.
  • Working to a deadline to achieve all the cleans required but still ensuring our high standards are upheld.
    • We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of a bit of hard work, a great sense of humour with a positive energy, if this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.This is a full-time permanent role with varied duties associated with a small working team, especially during our peak summer months.
