Customer Success Manager - Start-up, SaaS, Enterprise, PlatformLondon & Remote £45,000 - £55,000 (SW1V 3JD)Not only is this an exciting time to join this growing software start-up, but you will be working with the best in the business, and they are committed to help you enjoy the journey with them and help grow your career!We are seeking a dynamic, driven and customer focused Customer Success Manager that has the ability to build CSM processes from scratch and has a proven track record of managing relationships with a portfolio of customers.The successful Customer Success Manager will have 3-4 years experience working within a B2B SaaS environment or Enterprise software and has manage portfolio of £100 - £200k.Your main aim as Customer Success Manager, is to help support and guide customers on the best way to use the platform, this will include on-boarding, provide pro-active support, QBRs, manage renewal and retention, and deeply understand the customers usecases and align them to best practices.You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build up relationships and celebrate customers as well as work closely with Product and Engineering to improve the product and launch new features.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
