Job Description

Holts Lapidary are a dynamic and friendly company and have always been at the forefront of taking on and nurturing apprentices. Throughout your time with the company, you will be an integral part of the business and all team members offering them supportand mentoring.A typical day

  • Communicating with customer/clients over email and by phone
  • Providing administrative support across the team which will include managing customer enquiries, replying to customer emails and maintaining up to date customer information on their database.
  • Preparing for customer appointments
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and occasionally in person
  • Taking photos of jewellery
  • Daily management of the teams dedicated mailboxes, responding to emails in a timely and professional manner and escalating issues or redirecting to the appropriate team/business area, as necessary
  • Providing diary support for colleagues, prioritising and highlighting key actions accordingly
  • Overseeing the accurate recording and high-level analysis of team/project data. This may include collating, inputting and reviewing monthly reports
You must have
  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths

  • A passion to provide excellent service for customers and the team

Training provided1. Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Associates apprenticeship.2.
