Solar Development SurveyorCambridge £30,000-£40,000 + BONUS + WFH + Holiday + pensionDo you have experience or knowledge with solar land acquisition Would you like to join a close knit company that will train and develop youThis company help land-owners expand their horizons by helping them through the process of various developments on their land. Due to increased demand they are expanding their renewables division, with a focus on Solar Farm development.In this role you will be instrumental in the success and continued growth of the division a multi-faceted and autonomous role with a range of responsibilities.The ideal candidate is a highly self motivated and personable individual with experience or knowledge in the processes of solar farm projects, with negotiation skills and the flexibility to adapt as needed.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a small and growing company that will value and respect your efforts as an autonomous individual.The role: *Take the lead role on delivering land rights*Negotiate and secure land assembly packages*Identify and approach land owners*Project management on multiple ongoing negotiations/developments*Using your communication skills to liaise between a wide variety of individualsThe Person: *Experience or knowledge of solar farm land acquisition*Adaptable and flexible*Strong communication and negotiation skills*Willingness to learn and develop*Full UK driving licence as you will be doing site visitsRef: BBBH122877 The services of Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are that of an Employment Agency.
