Service Administrator - Trainee / ExperiencedBrand new permanent opportunity to join our growing and thriving client based in Dursley. Its an exciting time to join the company and there is excellent room for development!The role of the Service Administrator is to provide a range of administration support to the Service Department ensuring that all the work is completed accurately, in a timely manner and professionally.In this role, office experience isnt necessary as full, thorough training will be provided. Responsibilities of the Service Administrator: - Liaise with the engineers, to make sure that all the correct inspection sheets are completedand then sent to the customer.- Organising estimates to be prepared for the customer.- Book the work through service centres and then follow up back with the customerthrough to job completion.- To follow up on all service jobs daily making sure the company have delivered the service requiredby the customer and all compliance work documents have been completed and filed.- Once the customer has received the inspection sheets, follow up with the customer to seeif they would like us to carry out any additional work which has been identified.- The role will also develop into assisting with the preparation of invoicing once the work is- Prepare and send/receive a range of emails.Candidate Attributes of the Service Administrator:- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines- Strong organisational skills- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- The successful application will have a can do, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pmSalary - £21,000 - £22,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experienceService Administrator - Trainee / Experienced
