Cleaning Team LeaderLocation - Cam, DursleyHours of work - 9am-5pm OR 8am-4pmSalary - £30,000-£35,000Duration - PermanentStart - ASAPOur client site is a well-established, small factory with about 35 employees.The site has onsite parking, and it is located close to Cam & Dursley train station (less than 15 minute walk) and bus stops (2 minute walk). About 30 min from Bristol.We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader who will join our Quality Department in order to lead all matters related to hygiene and sanitation on site.Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5 or 8 - 4 (with flexibility to meet business needs)You key responsibilities as a Cleaning Team Leader:- Member of Quality Team reporting to Quality Manager- Hygiene Lead for site, ensuring the management and control of site hygiene activities to ensure the effective elimination or prevention of microbiological, chemical and foreign body contamination- Lead all matters Hygiene-related- Effectively & efficiently manage hygiene & sanitation for site, hands-on if necessary- Provide expertise on suitable chemicals and equipment to deliver appropriate cleaning methods, liaising with appropriate 3rd party partners for support as necessary- Developing and Managing the Sanitation Program and Sanitation KPIs- Provide the site management team with detailed regular reports- Support Hygienic Design, Sanitation Continuous Improvements, Environmental Monitoring programmes, RCA- Overseeing pest control- Primary contact for pest control contractor- Overseeing cleaning contractorQualifications and skills for Cleaning Team Leader:Our client understands that people have very different career trajectories and experiences.
