As a company we are dedicated to having a happy workforce always going that extra mile for their service users and fellow colleagues.We are looking for Care and Support staff for our community care service usersin Broadway Gardens Extra Care Scheme (Bushbury – WV10 8EA)Shift patterns will consist of: 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00 – 08:00Experience is not essential as full free training is providedAdvance Healthcare offer:

Job requirements:

To deliver a consistently high standard of care to our Service Users within their own home.

Provide personal care and support to service users for example, washing, bathing, and toileting, you also need to be able to prepare meals, refreshments or snacks.

Promote independence where possible.

Maintain a healthy relationship with Service Users and their families providing support and empathy.

Be able to communicate effectively with Healthcare Professionals.
