Job Description

Working to provide an exceptional service to our clients through executive search, in this role you will work alongside our consultants to learn howto lead and successfully appoint candidates into new employment. This will be accompanied by professional training, including a company personal training bank account fund to support you along the way.We are looking for a positive, energetic and ambitious individual who wants to develop a successful career, take advantage of all the opportunities available to you and learn everything you can. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions and make suggestionsand contribute to the wider team and company values.Basic Requirements:

  • Educated to BSc level, a science related qualification is especially desirable
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate with good Microsoft Office experience
  • An interest in science and a willingness to learn
  • Own transport is essential due to our picturesque location and lack of public transport links
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create Candidate Recruitment Briefs using the job specifications from clients.
  • Support Consultants to source & identify candidates against the requirements outlined in the Recruitment & Selection Brief by CV searching on online job boards.
  • Support Consultants to engage with candidates where required. This will involve sharing details of the role and finding ways to increase the candidates interest in the opportunity.
  • Be proactive in sharing project updates with the Lead Consultant or with the Client if requested.
  • Support the Lead Consultant to conduct Interviews via Telephone or Teams.
  • Support the Lead Consultant in the creation of Candidate Summaries, highlighting the Candidates positive attributes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all candidates contacted and interviewed by Agenda
  • Act as host to candidates and clients visiting Agenda for Interviews - this will involve meeting people at reception, offering refreshment and answering any questions.
  • Support the candidate through the offer stage, also assisting with pre-employment screening if required by Agenda or our clients
  • Take responsibility for the sharing of Job Advertisement messages via our social media pages, such as Linked In.
