Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused Administrator to join a forward-thinking and thriving family-run company that’s an established name in the interiors sector!The offer:

This role will sit in the heart of the administration and sales function and will see the successful candidate support large-scale projects with big brand names and assist walk-in customers who are looking to revamp and furnish their homes. With that inmind, the responsibilities of this role are diverse and will involve:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide top-notch customer service across all sales platforms and channels, handling enquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries
  • Oversee orders through the website and other online channels, ensuring they are processed correctly
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact, sharing in-depth product information and stock and availability information
  • Serve as the go-to person for all commercial orders and projects, mocking up designs and ensuring the projects are delivered to specified timelines
  • Take ownership of all general administration tasks relating to sales and projects to support a smooth sales cycle
The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate:
  • Exceptional administration skills with an understanding of the end-to-end sales process
  • Strong customer service skills, confident building relationships with customers, and focused on delivering a superb customer experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, can successfully prioritise and juggle workloads
  • Good IT skills, capable of using Microsoft Office packages, knowledge of Sage would also be advantageous
Working Hours:Please note that this role involves weekend work. The hours are as follows:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 9am to 5pm
  • Friday: 9am to 4:30pm
  • Wednesday and Sunday off
