Tailor Made are excited to be recruiting for a leading engineering company in Burnley. They are a well-established and are leader in their field. They are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their growing team.You will ensure the Business Management systems meet the requirements of ISO9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management standards and responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the Management systems across all areas of the business, through awareness,training, coaching, and auditing.The role: Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Business Management system (BMS) Ensure full integration and implementation of ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 Ensure training is provided to all personnel on specific BMS processes and procedures, and training records are maintained Write / Update processes and procedures Write / Update Work Instructions Ensure the BMS is maintained to always meet any new requirements from our standards Ensure any new or changes customer specific requirements are reviewed and effectively built into the BMS, ensuring the business areas are trained and are competent to adhere and meet these requirements You will lead any changes to our BMS, ensuring risks are understood and the change is managed in a controlled and effective manner You will ensure that all changes are properly implemented and effectively communicated and audited for compliance Lead Auditor for internal audits, developing and agreeing the internal audit plan Develop and coach the internal audit team to provide more effective audits Drive root cause and corrective actions to support closure of non-conformities raised Use the programme to drive continual improvement Review, implement and update company records e.g. training matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments Responsible for training out of new or changed processes with documentation in place and records of training conducted and effectiveness validated.About you: Experience within a similar role ideally in the aerospace ind Excellent communication both written and spolen to senior members of staff Experience in implementing processes and procedures effectively in line with company standards Independently determines approach and assigns tasks, with effective project management skills Understanding manufacturing processes and engineering, scientific and other technical information Excellent negotiation skill and ability to present data effectively Ability to manage group to achieve goals within budget Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor qualityFor more information contact Charlotte SinarBy submitting your CV to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd you are consenting to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd to workseek on your behalf.
