The company have thrived in recent years and have an ever-growing portfolio of projects, andare now looking to expand their team by appointing an Operations / Business Manager to facilitate future success.In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the business, from sale to project delivery. General duties include managing the sales, technical and project delivery teams, allocating work, ensuringhigh standards and work is completed correctly, reporting on performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring H&S is adhered to across the business.The ideal candidate will have experience in an operations management role, or in a position with similar responsibilities looking for the next step up.
