Summary The Hours: 37.5 hours per week,working 5 out of 7 days which will include weekends and public/ school holidays. We operate a staggered start shift pattern, starts can be 8am & 10am. Working days are 7.5 hours long. What youll be doing You will be working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team, the role ofChef plays a core part in providing a fantastic food offer to our visitors. You will ideally enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/ seasonal ingredients andwill be confident with creating bakes and cakes, breads and cookies. You will be comfortable in following recipes from our Cook Book with accuracy, but will also relish the opportunity to work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager in creating local dishes,personal to the property to elevate our offer. Youll be based primarily at the production kitchen with all the equipment youd expect at your disposal.
