Job Description

Audit and Accounts SeniorBurnleyUp to £40,000Butler Rose are pleased to be partnered with a fantastic firm of accountants who are currently sitting within the top 20 UK firms. This firm are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their growing Audit team in their new Burnley office.Duties:

  • Predominantly the completion of audit fieldwork, normally on site at client premises.
  • The Senior will also prepare statutory financial statements from client data, for a varied mix of clients - SMEs/owner managed businesses.
  • Will be expected to independently run audits.
  • Will also have the opportunity to take a more leading role to support more junior members of the team.
The Right Candidate:
  • These roles are probably best suited to someone who is looking for the same mix/type of clients as the other firms in Manchester but without the big city environment/commute.
  • Somebody who is looking to join at a pivotal time for this team and to hit the ground running with a strong portfolio and busy but fair workload.
  • ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Ideally 2-3 years post qual
  • Able to independently run audits

  • The office is in a prime location for commuting by car from Lancashire and North Manchester, and offer free on-site parking.
