Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.An opportunity has arisen for a Student Support Tutor (Education) at the Aberdeen campus, within the North Faculty. The role will involve providing a high-quality proactive and, when required, reactive student education support service to both taught studentsand research students (including current and prospective students, as applicable).We are seeking a candidate with experience of needs assessing and supporting students with education support needs, preferably in a tertiary education setting. Experience of working with, and positively impacting on, students with SpLDs, additional supportneeds, mental health issues and other disabilities is also essential.To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a degree level qualification in a relevant subject and/or a relevant professional qualification.This is a permanent, part time role of one day of 7.5 hours per week (approx 0.2 FTE based on a full time working week of 37 hours).
