Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.We are looking for an enthusiastic academic to join our Rural Land Use department to manage the Work-Based Learning Agriculture courses at SRUC Craibstone in Aberdeen. This will involve the management of the training provision to Work-Based Learning studentsand external clients. The postholder will be required to manage and coordinate the delivery and assessment of the Pre-Apprenticeship, Modern Apprenticeship level 2, Modern Apprenticeship level 3 and NPA Modern Agriculture (DL schools) in Agriculture.Ideally, the successful applicant will be experienced in teaching and education management and will be knowledgeable and experienced in Work-Based Learning.This is a part time role of 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE).In August 2022, all academic roles will be assimilated to a new job families structure.
