Programme Team Leader in Wildlife and Conservation ManagementSRUC Craibstone campus, Aberdeen£45,581 to £48,955 per annum (under review) REF: ANF/RLU/006/22SRUC is unique in Scotland and one of the largest organisations of its kind in Europe. Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.We are looking for an enthusiastic academic to lead a highly respected programme in Wildlife and Conservation Management (WCM). You will work with the Head of Department in managing the Core Academic Team in the planning, development, preparation and deliveryof high-quality education provision within the countryside curriculum framework. You will have a range of interests and practical skills to use and develop Craibstone campus across education, research and KE activities. Ideally, the successful applicant willbe experienced in FE and/or HE delivery, combined with a drive to impact positively on todays countryside management industry.SRUC is seeking a closer alignment of its research and education activities and it is hoped that the successful applicant will contribute to world class research carried out within SRUC on terms of grant income and publication output. You will grasp theopportunity to foster cross-disciplinary collaborations and ambitions that will build on current strengths within the department, and across the institution.In August 2022, all academic roles will be assimilated to a new job families structure.
