Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Officer (Data Translation) to join our Registry Team under the guidance of the Registrar and Head of Learning and Teaching. The role is key to the delivery of SRUCs Digital Strategy. In order to ensure SRUCsactivities are evidence-informed and to meet statutory obligations, SRUC needs to ensure appropriate expertise and capacity in data analysis and translation. This post focuses on academic data, data quality and interpreting data to support academic staff todevelop and enhance their practice.To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and have considerable experience / track record in student related data management, data analysis and reporting. Experience of providing business support withinan HE / FE environment would also be beneficial.The successful candidate should have an excellent knowledge of relevant IT software, particularly Microsoft Excel and MIS/databases.
