You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same. As our part time Payroll Administrator, you will be part of a payroll team that will deliver a weekly payroll to 600 co-owners and monthly to 250 co-owners. This will involve processing full end-to-end payrolls.Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:- Maintain payroll records - Starters/leavers/Tupe/payroll notifications/pay rates- Upload time sheet information- Calculate 12 week average holiday pay and sick pay- Calculate SMP/SPP/SHPP and Riverford Maternity and Paternity schemes- Prepare payroll year end- Prepare reports for business use- Resolve payroll queries- Apprenticeship levy reconciliationSkills & experience:- Previous payroll experience essential - CIPP preferred but not required- Experience of Sage Payroll essential with report writing skills- Competent Excel skills- The ability to develop strong working relationships- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into dataWe are looking for an experienced Payroll expert who can strengthen our payroll team and build good working relationships with our co-owners across the business.In addition to a competitive salary, Riverford also offer a wonderful benefits package including 33 days’ holiday pro rata (including bank holidays), annual profit share; 10% of all our profits are split equally between all co-owners, 25% off everything we sell and heavily discounted organic breakfasts and lunches to name just a few!So, if you’re seeking your next challenge as a Payroll Administrator, please apply via the button shown.
