Job Description

Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced manufacturing Support Administrator to join our clients manufacturing site based in the Ebbw Vale area.This position is full time, ongoing working for a leading manufacture who are considered an employer of choice within the local area and offer industry leading training & development.Hours of work:Monday to Friday 08:30am-16:30pmOverview:Assisting the Business Support Manager to ensure all aspects of administration are maintained to a high standard and to provide ad-hoc administration duties to all members of the management teamThe Role:

Purchase administration, placing orders for raw materials, consumables and spare parts via SAP.
Sales Order administration
Stock reporting.
Booking transport and inbound deliveries.
Organisation of hospitality events and related logistics
Cover reception as and when required.
Carry out routine administration duties

The Person:

Excellent communicator (Written and Verbal) at all times
Strong organisation and numerical skills
Competent use of Microsoft software.
Ability to work on own initiative
Previous experience of working within a manufacturing administrator role
Experience with ERP/FIS systems, specifically SAP would be advantageous
