Job Description

HR AdvisorAdaptable Recruitment are wishing to speak to ambitious candidates who are looking for an HR Advisor role within a rapidly growing business in Central Liverpool. The company are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor who has great ER knowledge and experiencewithin a generalist role.Open to candidates who are CIPD qualified.This is a full time, permanent role and offers a brilliant office environment with a great culture and opportunity to progress.Package:

  • £30,000
  • 8.45am -4.45pm - Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working option when established in role
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Job Duties:
  • Act as a point of escalation and support, providing guidance on ad hoc casework.
  • Main point of contact for line managers, offering comprehensive HR Support and advice.
  • Handle high volume of ER advice, effectively addressing colleague issues and resolving them proactively.
  • Ensuring compliance and representing the companys best interest.
  • Provide generalist HR advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence process.
  • Develop and deliver internal HR training where required to increase Manager Capability.
  • Up-to-date and demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
  • Accurately input and maintain HR data in the HR systems.

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Experience of managing an ER caseload
