Vitaflo International Ltd are currently looking for a Global Brand Manager - Disorders of Protein Metabolismto join us at our global head offices just outside of Liverpool City Centre. Youwill join uson a full-time, permanent contract. We work collaboratively, share our knowledge and expertise,and above all love what we do and why we do it.What you will be doing as our Global Brand Manager:

  • Developing, and gaining approval for, long term strategic and innovation plans for the brands through cross functional collaboration and market buy-in
  • Leading on the production of robust product specific annual global brand plans which deliver sales and profitability targets within agreed allocated budget
  • Developing and implementing the tactical online and offline initiatives of the plan in conjunction with relevant internal stakeholders and ensure the effective monitoring against KPIs and adjust the plan as required
  • Facilitating the launch of new or renovated products, taking ownership of the commercial planning process in in the pre-launch phase
  • Analysingthe potential for current products through the effective use of robust forecasting methods as part of the monthly planning process
  • Planning, developing and implementing educational resources and rolling these out both internally and externally
  • Developing naming, branding and brand essence as part of the marketing and launch process for new and renovated products
  • Providingregular communication and training to the country sales teams on marketing strategy, brand plan and product knowledge in collaboration with the Global Medical Affairs Team.
What we are looking for in our Global Brand Manager:
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or Nutrition/Dietetics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Have an awareness of the digital environment and social mediaBe creative and adaptable with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressureStrong leadership and organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel
